This Privacy Policy explains how Jay Technolabs ("ReplyRise", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, use our client dashboard, or are contacted through outreach we send on behalf of our clients. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR.
1. Who this policy covers

- Website visitors: anyone who visits our website or contacts us through it.
- Business contacts: professionals we contact, or may contact, as part of our clients' outreach campaigns.
2. Data we collect
From clients and website visitors
- Name, business name, work email, phone number and the details you give us in forms or messages.
- Account and usage information, such as logins, settings and actions in the dashboard.
- Billing information, such as top-ups, invoices and tax details. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner and are not stored by us.
- Files you upload, such as brochures, price lists and contact lists.
About business contacts
- Professional details only: name, job title, company, work email address, company website, professional profile links and publicly available company information.
- Emails exchanged with them through our clients' campaigns, including replies and opt-out requests.
We obtain business contact data from business data providers and public professional sources, or from contact lists our clients upload and confirm they obtained lawfully.
3. How we use data
- To provide the service: building target audiences, sending outreach and follow-ups, detecting interested replies and showing results to clients.
- To run client accounts, process payments, provide support and send service messages.
- To protect the service: honouring opt-outs, preventing misuse, and keeping systems secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for consumer marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with clients; for legitimate interests in relevant business-to-business communication, balanced against the rights of the people contacted; with consent where the law requires it; and to comply with legal obligations. Business contacts can object at any time, and we will stop contacting them.
5. Sharing
- Our clients receive details of business contacts who respond to their campaigns.
- Service providers who help us run the service, under contracts that protect your data: hosting, business data, email delivery, AI writing tools and payment processing.
- Authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside India. Where they do, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and transfer data only as permitted by applicable law.
7. How long we keep data
- Client account and billing records: for as long as the account is active and then as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to 8 years).
- Campaign and business contact data: for as long as needed for the client's campaigns, and deleted or anonymised within 12 months after a campaign ends, unless the law requires longer.
- Opt-out records: kept so that we never contact that person again.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, hashed passwords and limited staff access to protect data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify affected people and authorities of a breach where the law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Business contacts can opt out of any email we send, or write to us at support@replyrise.in, and we will stop contacting them across all campaigns.
We respond to requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, if you are in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.
10. Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as keeping you logged in to the dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
